We offer free pickup and delivery for all our customers. We have three designated days for pickups and drop-offs each week (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays). Please feel free to request a pickup when you need it. Our drivers will be there as soon as possible to make sure your case is received the same day.
Don’t make your patients wait longer than they have to. JSB Dental Lab offers the fastest services for ordering, manufacturing, and shipping. Please note that we require 7 business days to work on each case. This does not include pickup or drop-off days. If we finish your case before, we will deliver on the next delivery day.
If you need a rush case, there will be a $40 rush fee; we will send a pickup service to get the case as soon as possible. If you call our office by 1 pm on our regular pickup days (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays), we will schedule the pickup the same day. If you call us after 1 pm, we will pick up on the next pickup day.
Please keep in mind that if a case is missing information (missing models, missing bite, tooth shade, gum shade, material type, etc.), the case will be placed on hold until the information is received from the office or doctor, consequently delaying the case. If a case is due, and we need more time to work on it. We will contact your office to let you know in advance.
